Courting Ghosts fuse elements of Indie-Americana and folk-rock music, positioning melody at the heart of their compositions. This melody-centric approach is evident in their expansive acoustic ballads as well as their high-energy, rhythm-driven songs.
The band released their debut album, “Falling My Friend” in September 2024 to rave reviews, with Americana UK giving it an 8 out of 10 saying "‘Falling My Friend’ immediately impresses with its songwriting, arrangements and production..... This is an excellent first album which places Courting Ghosts in the company of an increasingly strong home-grown Americana scene.".
In December 2025, Courting Ghosts announced the release of a new run of recordings, beginning with the heartfelt track “I See You”, available on all streaming platforms. Further releases will follow through the early months of 2026.
